About Us

Vitruvian has been in the business for 20 years. We started our company solely as a fully equipped Pilates studio in Pondok Indah who put emphasize on posture rehabilitation. We proudly become a representative of world renowned STOTT PILATES® method in Indonesia by becoming a Licensed Training Centre (LTC) for STOTT PILATES® As a LTC, we train people who would like to become a STOTT PILATES® Instructor from all over Indonesia as well as from neighboring countries. From time to time we host highly credible Trainers from all over the world to give trainings in our facility

 

Over the years, we reinvent ourselves as an Integrated Movement Centre as well as a Physiotherapy clinic because we understand that movement can help to heal and rehabilitate injured people. As our team grows, we deepen our knowledge by learning other methods such as Feldenkrais, GYROTONIC, Redcord, OD on Movement, Anatomy Trains Structural Integration and many other Rehab courses and workshops. We strive to learn from best of the best in body and mind fitness industry.

 

Our team comprised of various backgrounds. Some of team members are Physiotherapists, manual therapists, dancers and movement practitioners. As movement therapists/specialists, we understand that we are not just teaching movement, but more importantly our job is to educate our clients on how to move correctly so they can apply it in their day-to-day activities. Our goal is to make every one of our clients walking out of our studio with a smile on their face.

 

For our Physiotherapy Clinic, we combine technology such as Indiba, active treatment approach such as Neurac, manual treatment and other Physiotherapy methodologies to rehabilitate pain and injured people. After the pain is gone, we recommend those clients to continue rehabilitation process by learning correct biomechanics movement from our movement specialists/therapists. Since we have many “tools” under our belt such as STOTT PILATES® Gyrotonic, Feldenkrais, Redcord active, ZEN•GA®, Total Barre®, Halo® Training, OD on Movement, Be Activated, we can customize program for our clients based on their ability and need.

 

Now Vitruvian has grown to house more than 30 movement specialists/instructors in two different facilities. We have another branch in Brawijaya, Elite Club, Eternal by Vitruvian, Denpasar, Sanur, and Makassar.
